Cancellation Policy

The last couple of years have been damaging to our business and to protect it we feel that these policies are necessary and are becoming standard practice across our industry. We appreciate that illness and emergencies can’t be avoided and will take this into account at the time of cancellation.

BOOKING FEE

A £50 booking fee will be required for bookings over 2 hours long

CANCELLATION FEE

We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your booking fee or a 50% charge of your service. To book a new appointment another deposit will be required

NO SHOW FEE

If a cancellation is made on the day or you do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be lost and you may be required to pay the remaining amount of your booking. To book a new appointment another deposit will be required
